北京F78—ⅢA型X线机原点片装置在进行食道造影检查时,只能用254mm×305mm(10″×12″)的胶片进行二分格点片。由于食道钡餐检查需适时点片,而原装置一次仅能点片两张,若要继续点片得更换一次暗匣,这往往容易失去抢拍的最佳时机。虽然原装置设有四次曝光档,但由于曝光窗较小,不宜于食道检查。为此,我们重新设计了一块附加装置,与该型机器原遮光板配合,使曝光窗变成73mm×278mm,即可在280mm×356mm(11″×14″)胶片上连续四分格点片。制作方法如下。
