目的了解青少年手卫生现状,确认其手卫生需求,为实施青少年手卫生健康教育和卫生干预提供理论依据。方法采取便利抽样法,抽取延吉市某中学367名学生进行问卷调查,并针对被调查人群中316名学生进行结构式观察。结果 43.1%的人接受过关于洗手的教育,对手卫生相关知识的知晓率较高;回答不愿意洗手的人占23.7%,13.1%的人没有洗手习惯;不洗手的主要原因:没有洗手设施(23.1%),没有温水(21.8%),没有毛巾、香皂(18.3%);自答掌握洗手方法的占38.1%,而实际掌握洗手方法的仅占10.1%,清洗局部者较多,研究对象知识掌握与行为存在差异。结论加强青少年手卫生健康教育,同时完善学校的洗手设施,为手卫生创造良好的环境条件。
Objective To understand the status quo of hand hygiene in adolescents and confirm the need of hand hygiene, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the implementation of hand health education and health intervention among adolescents. Methods A convenience sampling method was adopted to collect 367 students in a middle school in Yanji City for questionnaire survey and 316 students in the surveyed population were observed by structure. Results 43.1% of them received education about handwashing, and the awareness rate of handwashing knowledge was higher. 23.7% of respondents did not want to wash their hands and 13.1% did not get the habit of handwashing. The main reasons for not washing handwashing were: no handwashing facilities 23.1%), no warm water (21.8%), no towel, soap (18.3%), 38.1% mastered the handwashing method, and only 10.1% actually mastered handwashing methods. There are differences between mastery and behavior. Conclusions Strengthen hand hygiene education for adolescents and improve school hand washing facilities to create good environmental conditions for hand hygiene.
