黑龙江省文物管理委员会于1991年组织全省公共图书馆开展了开放服务竞赛。各图书馆以高昂的斗志,积极的态度,必胜的决心参加竞赛,出色地完成了各项竞赛指标,取得了显著的成绩。接待读者、读者活动、课题服务等各项指标同1990年相比,均有大幅度提高。实践证明,开放服务竞赛有力地推动了图书馆工作的开展。笔者与有关同志一起发起并组织了开放服务竞赛,从参与者的角度谈谈为什么组织开放服务竞赛,怎样组织开放服务竞赛,从一年的实践中汲取经验和教训,从而使今后的竞赛活动取得更好的成效。
Heilongjiang Provincial Cultural Relics Management Committee organized the province’s public library in 1991 to carry out an open service competition. All the libraries took part in the contest with high morale, positive attitude and win-win determination, accomplished various competition indicators well and achieved remarkable results. Reception readers, reader activities, project services and other indicators compared with 1990, have greatly increased. Practice has proved that open service competition has effectively promoted the work of the library. The author initiated and organized an open service competition with the comrades concerned. From the perspective of the participants, he talked about why organizations open service competitions, how to organize service competitions, and learned from one year’s practice so that future competitions can be obtained Better results.
