针对奥氏体不锈钢管在出厂前可能存在的横、纵裂纹对在役过程中的安全使用存在的巨大威胁,提出了一种基于地磁场环境下的磁法检测技术。通过对试验样管的内外壁制作人工刻槽,并且根据钢管的特殊形态,建立合适、稳定的阵列式检测装置的方式进行试验研究。通过对磁传感器采集到的磁场强度进行差分处理分析,并实现了二维成像。试验结果表明,磁法检测对该不锈钢管的外表面刻槽具有很好的检测效果,对该壁厚样管的内部刻槽也能很好地检出。同时,该成像方法能够直观地表示出缺陷的具体位置,为缺陷的判定带来便捷。
In view of the huge threat to the safe use of horizontal and vertical cracks of austenitic stainless steel pipe before leaving the factory, a magnetic detection method based on geomagnetic field is proposed. The artificial groove was made on the inner and outer walls of the test sample tube and the experimental research was conducted on the basis of the special shape of the steel tube and the establishment of a suitable and stable array detection device. By analyzing the magnetic field intensity collected by the magnetic sensor for differential processing, two-dimensional imaging is realized. The test results show that the magnetic detection method has a good detection effect on the outer surface of the stainless steel pipe, and the internal groove of the thick pipe can be well detected. At the same time, the imaging method can intuitively show the specific location of the defect and bring convenience to the determination of the defect.
