共青团是一个光荣的组织,是我国青年人的组织,在煤炭企业当中,有相当部分的青年职工,对于他们来说,共青团组织是非常重要的。企业要以共青团组织为抓手,开展丰富多彩的活动和思想教育,帮助学生提高思想觉悟,激发生产和经营的积极性,从而更好的保证企业的发展和进步。
The Communist Youth League is a glorious organization. It is an organization of young people in our country. Among the coal enterprises, a considerable part of the young workers are concerned. The organization of the Communist Youth League is very important to them. Enterprises should take the organization of the Communist Youth League as the starting point, to carry out a variety of activities and ideological education, to help students improve their ideological consciousness, stimulate the enthusiasm of production and management, so as to better ensure the development and progress of enterprises.
