Historical Opportunities for the Rapid Development of Dandong Port The CPC Central Committee and State Council put forward the strategic advice on the revitalization of the old industrial base in northeast China so that the economic development in the northeast embarked on a fast track. According to the Liaoning Provincial Party Committee and the provincial government’s work plan, Liaoning coastal port construction goal is: 2004-2010, the province’s port total investment
