在模拟真实管网水力条件下,从腐蚀速率、Fe释放、腐蚀产物形貌及成分等方面,研究了拉森指数对碳钢腐蚀的影响。结果表明,不同拉森指数条件下,Fe释放量均随时间的延长而下降,并且拉森指数的增加会使腐蚀速率加快;拉森指数越大,CaCO_3的生成量越少;不同拉森指数条件下的腐蚀产物类型差别不大,均随着腐蚀时间的延长向稳定的腐蚀产物α-FeOOH和Fe_3O_4转化。
The effect of Larson Index on the corrosion of carbon steel was studied from the aspects of corrosion rate, release of Fe, morphology and composition of the corrosion products under the simulation of real pipe network hydraulic conditions. The results show that under different conditions of Larsen’s index, the amount of Fe released decreases with the increase of time, and the increase of Larsen index accelerates the corrosion rate. The larger the Larsen index, the less of CaCO_3. Under the conditions of the type of corrosion products is not very different, with the corrosion time to the stable corrosion products α-FeOOH and Fe 3 O 4 transformation.
