在液压传动与控制系统中,高集成化阀块的机能调试是有一定难度的技术工作,其调试质量的可靠性不但影响液压系统的成败,而且还决定着产品的整机性能。因此,重视阀块的机能调试,采取有效的工艺措施,探索一种先进、合理的调试方案模式,提高阀块机能的调试水平,是技术部门的一个重要课题。笔者认为对阀块编码处理及制订表格式调试方案是达到上述目的的有效途径。所谓编码处理,即在阀块设计阶段就对阀体上诸多油口及所安装的液压元件统一编码
