肾上腺神经节细胞瘤临床上较为罕见,我院2006年经手术病理证实的肾上腺神经节细胞瘤2例,现报道如下。病例资料病例1,男,35岁,无明显临床症状。体检B超发现右肾上腺区低回声实质性肿块,大小约5.1cm×4.3cm,边界尚清,内部回声均匀,血流信号不明显。B超诊断:右肾上腺实质性肿块(图 Adrenal ganglioneuroma is rare in clinical practice.
