领导与管理是两种互不相同而又互为补充的行为体系,各有自己的功能和特点。领导是在领导者和追随者之间的有影响力的一种关系。领导意味着影响力,它产生于人群中,人们期望会发生重要的变化,并且这种变化反映了领导者和追随者的共同目标。管理是指负担对他人的工作进行计划、组织和控制,以期实现组织目标的活动。管理者注重权力影响力,而领导者注重非权力影响力。管理者影响力主要是来自于他们所处的职位和组织所赋予的正式权力,领导者可以不运用正式权力而以自身非权力影响力和魅力来影响他人的活动。
Leadership and management are two different and complement each other behavior system, each with its own functions and characteristics. Leadership is an influential relationship between leaders and followers. Leadership means influence, it arises in the crowd, people expect significant changes to take place, and this change reflects the common goals of leaders and followers. Management refers to the activities that burden the organization, control and control of the work of others with a view to achieving organizational goals. Managers focus on power influence, while leaders focus on non-power influence. Managers’ influence is mainly due to the formal power conferred by their position and organization. Leaders can influence the activities of others with their own non-power influence and charm without using formal power.
