当今世界,对于企业的发展来说,“人才是第一生产力”的理念越来越根深蒂固。经济新常态带给企业生存与发展以更加深刻的挑战,整体看来,人力资源管理从中起到十分重要的作用,是“以人为本”理念的首要落实者。目前,随着人才队伍专业化和职业化属性更加明显,科学技术水平不断提高,对于人力资源管理模式的考验也发生了更大的变革。把握人力资源管理发展脉搏是促进人力资源管理水平提高的关键,同时适应新常态经济的人力资源管理模式也是企业可持续的管理人才的重要因素。 In today’s world, the concept of “talent as primary productive force” is becoming more and more entrenched for the development of enterprises. The new economic normal brings more profound challenges to the survival and development of enterprises. Overall, human resources management plays a very important role and is the primary implementer of the “people-oriented” concept.
