氧气压缩机着火爆炸起因浅析

本文针对三列三级往复式单作用高压氧气压缩机运行中气缸着火、燃烧、爆炸事故的分析,总结出事故发生时的现象与特征、事故起因及防范措施,并找出了规律性。对从事氧气压缩机设备管理人员、操作维修人员均有一定指导作用。往复式三列三缸高压氧气压缩机,在运行中气缸着火、燃烧、爆炸、甚至烧毁的事故是较为普遍的,以湖南为例,就发生多次。株洲、湘东地区七八年五月廿六日至六月廿一日,仅仅25天中,连续出现三起。近几年来,此类型氧气压缩机烧缸事故在全国各地常有发生。笔者对从一些氧压机烧缸事故现场获取的大量材料,进行了粗浅的研究和探讨,对类似事故发生时的一些现象、特征,事故起因及预防办法,简述如下。 In this paper, the analysis of three groups of three-stage reciprocating single-acting high-pressure oxygen compressor cylinder ignition, combustion and explosion accident analysis, summed up the phenomenon and characteristics at the time of the accident, the cause of the accident and preventive measures, and found the regularity. In Zhuzhou and eastern Hunan, from May 26 to June 21, 1978, there were three consecutive occurrences in only 25 days. In recent years, this type of oxygen compressor cylinder accidents have occurred throughout the country. The author conducted a superficial study and discussion on a large number of materials obtained from some oxygen press cylinder accidents. Some phenomena, characteristics, causes of accidents and prevention measures at the time of similar accidents are summarized as follows.
