农村财务管理是新时期农村经济发展的重要问题,是农村基层干部和群众关注的热点,关系到农民的切身利益。村级财务管理在农村经济稳定发展中起了重要作用,关乎到小康社会的建设。所以,重视村级财务管理,推动农村经济快速发展,是当前迫切解决的关键问题。我国自从实行联产承包责任制以来,农村经济发展全面提升。安定区地理位置优越,但属于中部干旱地区,农村经济相当落后,村级集体财务管理薄弱。本文结合安定区农村财务实际情况,在安定区村级财务的基本现状、运行机制及管理模式的基础上,分析了村级财务管理的问题,提出了规范村级财务管理的策略。
Rural financial management is an important issue in rural economic development in the new era. It is also a focus of rural grassroots cadres and the masses, and concerns the vital interests of peasants. Village-level financial management plays an important role in the stable development of rural economy, and concerns the construction of a well-to-do society. Therefore, attaching importance to village-level financial management and promoting the rapid development of rural economy are the key issues urgently resolved at present. Since the implementation of the contract responsibility system of the joint-generation in our country, the rural economy has been promoted in an all-round way. Anding District, a strategic location, but belong to the central arid areas, the rural economy is quite backward, the village collective financial management is weak. Based on the actual situation of rural finance in Anding District and based on the basic status, operation mechanism and management mode of village-level finance in Anding District, this paper analyzes the problems of village-level financial management and puts forward the tactics of regulating village-level financial management.
