异位肾是一种少见的先天性肾畸形,出现率约1:500—800,男多于女(1)。国内尸体解剖资料甚少。现将异位肾一例的解剖结果报告如下:女尸,老年,见双侧肾低位。左肾上端平第1腰推下缘,下端平第4腰推中份,肾门平第3腰推。上端距后正中线4.7厘米,下端9.7厘米,下端距髂嵴上缘0.7.厘米。左肾长9.2厘米,宽5.3厘米,厚4.6厘米,前曲线长12.5厘米,后曲线11.2厘米。右肾下部位于右髂窝
Ectopic kidney is a rare congenital kidney deformity, the incidence of about 1: 500-800, more men than women (1). There is very little domestic autopsy data. Now a case of ectopic renal anatomy report as follows: Female corpse, old age, see both kidney low. Left kidney upper flat first waist pushing the lower edge of the fourth flat lower waist pushing intermediate, kidney door flat third waist push. The upper midline from the posterior 4.7 cm, the bottom 9.7 cm, the lower end of the upper edge of the iliac crest 0.7. Cm. The left kidney is 9.2 centimeters long, 5.3 centimeters wide and 4.6 centimeters thick. The anterior curve is 12.5 centimeters long and the posterior curve is 11.2 centimeters. The lower right kidney is located in the right iliac fossa
