努力构建符合“课程标准”的研修模式,积极探索实施校本教研的有效策略。华东师范大学钟启泉教授说过:“教育改革的核心在于课程改革,课程改革的核心在于教师的专业发展”。要使教师专业得到有效发展,其最便捷的途径就是校本教研。当前校本教研已经成为促进教师、学生、学校可持续发展的有效途径和载体。笔者所在学校也开展了一系列校本教研活动,笔者作为策划者、 Efforts to build in line with “curriculum standards ” training mode, and actively explore the implementation of school-based teaching and research of effective strategies.
