我公司研制的双桥探头,自1975年开始试制,1976年初用于生产,经过两年多时间的生产实践和不断改进获得了较好效果,到目前为止总钻进已超过7000米以上,现就以下几方面谈谈我们的体会。一、探头1.传感器的设计和选用材料问题:设计双桥探头首先碰到的问题是传感器受拉还是受压?要回答这个问题,需考虑以下几个方面:(1)能保持传感器的整个截面上均匀受力;(2)在充分发挥钢材的最大强度的情况下使截面积尽量小些,以保证有较高的灵敏度;(3)加工和拆洗方便。从受力方式来看,受拉时力的分布比较均匀,不易出现偏心;而受压时,当钻杆稍有不正即易出现偏心,造成局部应力集中而破坏,所以设计时受拉元件的安全系数可以小些,而受压元件其安全系数要大得多,由于锥尖传感器承受
