高热是否可以直接诱发DNA单链断裂,文献意见尚不一致。Lunec等报告,高热处理的细胞来检测到DNA单链断裂。Dikomey等指出,高热或45℃以上处理的细胞,在37℃培养4~24小时便可出现DNA单链断裂。自从~6H-胸腺嘧啶核苷(~3H-TdR)用于实验细胞的DNA标记以来,认为DNA单链断裂可以由0H的内照射而诱发。为了探讨DNA单链断裂的原因,本文报告了EA(Ehrlich ascites)和HeLa S_3细胞在高热下处理后,X线照射与不照射时DNA单链断裂的发生情况。验证了是高热本身的直接或间接作用,还是标记DAN的~3H-TdR的~3H内照射诱发DNA单链断裂。同时也讨论了高热与辐射诱发的DNA单链断裂修复抑

The direct and indirect effects of hyperthermia per se were confirmed, and ~ 3H internal irradiation of ~ 3H-TdR labeled DAN induced DNA single-strand breaks. High temperature and radiation-induced DNA single-strand break repair was also discussed
