骨髓间充质干细胞(MSCs)具有很强的自我更新能力和多分化潜能,已经成为组织修复的理想种子细胞和基因治疗的靶细胞。当前细胞移植的一个障碍是体内示踪,从而制约了细胞移植的相关研究。标记移植细胞能对移植细胞在体内的存活、迁移、分布及增殖、分化转归等生物学行为进行检测,评估干细胞移植的效果,以及提供干细胞移植疗法的最佳信息。下面主要概述目前在大鼠MSCs移植研究中常用的示踪标记方法 。
Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) have strong self-renewal ability and multi-differentiation potential, and have become ideal target cells for tissue repair and gene therapy. One of the barriers of current cell transplantation is in vivo tracing, which restricts the related research of cell transplantation. Labeling the transplanted cells can detect the biological behaviors of the transplanted cells in vivo such as survival, migration, distribution, proliferation, differentiation and prognosis, evaluate the effect of the stem cell transplantation, and provide the best information of the stem cell transplantation therapy. The following is a brief overview of tracer labeling methods currently used in rat MSCs transplantation.
