【目的】优化酶法提取玉竹多糖的工艺。【方法】在单因素实验的基础上,采用响应面分析法对影响酶法提取玉竹多糖得率的主要因素(酶解时间、酶解温度和酶用量)进行优化,建立了影响因素与玉竹多糖得率之间的函数关系。【结果】玉竹多糖酶法提取的最佳工艺为:木瓜蛋白酶加酶量为6.5 g/L,酶解温度为50℃、酶解时间为125 min,在此条件下,玉竹多糖得率达到100.89 mg/g,试验结果与模型预测值相符。【结论】Box-Behnken设计结合响应面分析法可以很好地对玉竹多糖酶法提取工艺进行优化。
