2008年10月,中海石油玉窖LNG卫星站在揭阳市玉窖镇落成。LNG卫星站一般是特指天然气液化站,作为城市天然气输配系统的组成部分是一种创新的尝试,具有工艺简单、流程短、适应性强、运行成本低等优点。受中海石油揭阳能源开发利用有限公司的委托,我所承担了该站建设前期的雷击风险评估工作,本文特就该站的实际情况,浅谈应如何做好雷击风险评估工作。 In October 2008, China National Offshore Oil Jade Cellar LNG Satellite Station was completed in Jade Town, Jieyang City.
