陆梁油田生产系统腐蚀影响因素的灰关联分析

陆梁油田的腐蚀环境恶劣、腐蚀影响因素众多、腐蚀机理复杂,难以准确地建立生产系统腐蚀的数学预测模型。采用室内挂片失重法,选择油田生产系统所处环境温度,油田产出液的pH值、Cl-含量、HCO3-含量、Ca2+含量、Mg2+含量和SO24-含量共7个腐蚀影响因素为子因素,以腐蚀速率为母因素,进行动态腐蚀模拟实验,并应用灰关联理论的分析方法对这7种影响因素进行排序,以确定不同影响因素对陆梁油田油套管用N80钢和地面集输管道用20号低碳钢的腐蚀影响规律。研究分析结果表明:对N80油套管和20号低碳钢集输管道腐蚀影响程度较大的因素依次为环境温度和油田产出液的pH值。 The corrosion environment of Luliang Oilfield is bad, the factors of corrosion are numerous, the corrosion mechanism is complicated and it is difficult to accurately establish the mathematical prediction model of the production system corrosion. The indoor temperature, the pH, Cl-content, HCO3-content, Ca2 + content, Mg2 + content and SO24- content of the oilfield production system were selected as the sub-factors , The corrosion rate as the parent factor, the dynamic corrosion simulation experiments and application of gray correlation theory analysis of these seven kinds of factors to sort out to determine the different influencing factors on Luliang oilfield casing N80 steel and ground gathering pipelines Corrosion with low carbon steel No. 20 affect the law. The results of the research and analysis show that the factors affecting the corrosion of the N80 oil casing and the 20 # mild steel gathering pipe are the ambient temperature and the pH value of oilfield production fluid.
