目的 探讨在高原建立富氧室对机体运动后血乳酸(BLA)、肌红蛋白(Mb)、血氨(Ammo)的影响。方法 对海拔5380m高原的10名健康青年在进入富氧室前、富氧12h后分别进行踏阶运动,检测血 BLA,Ammo,Mb含量。结果 富氧运动较未富氧运动Mb增高显著(P<0.05),BLA,Ammo增高,有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);结论富氧室能增强高原机体能量代谢,是高原部队提高机体运动能力和抗疲劳的理想措施。
Objective To investigate the effect of establishing oxygen-enriched chamber on blood lactic acid (BLA), myoglobin (Mb) and blood ammonia (Ammo) in the plateau. Methods Ten healthy young people at altitude of 5380m were placed in the oxygen chamber before oxygen enrichment for 12h. The blood levels of BLA, Ammo and Mb were measured. Results Compared with Mb without oxygen enrichment, Mb increased (P <0.05), BLA and Ammo increased significantly (P <0.01). Conclusion Oxygen chamber can enhance the energy metabolism of plateau, Exercise ability and anti-fatigue ideal measures.
