目的 通过观察大肠癌裸鼠移植瘤细胞凋亡与细胞增殖活性之间的关系,探讨双歧杆菌的抑瘤途径及其机理。方法 利用原位末端标记技术及增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)免疫组化染色对40 只裸鼠大肠癌移植瘤中的凋亡细胞和增殖细胞进行了原位观察。结果 双歧杆菌注射组大肠癌移植瘤的凋亡细胞密度显著高于肿瘤对照组(P<0.01),而肿瘤对照组的PCNA 阳性细胞密度明显高于双歧杆菌注射组(P< 0.01)。结论 双歧杆菌能诱导大肠癌裸鼠移植瘤细胞的凋亡,并能降低它的增殖活性
Objective To observe the relationship between apoptosis and cell proliferation activity in transplanted tumor cells of colorectal cancer in nude mice, and to explore the mechanism and mechanism of tumor inhibition by Bifidobacterium. Methods Apoptotic cells and proliferating cells in 40 xenograft tumors of nude mice were observed in situ using in situ end labeling technique and immunohistochemical staining of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA). Results The apoptotic cell density of the transplanted colon cancer was significantly higher in the Bifidobacterium injection group than in the tumor control group (P<0.01), while the PCNA positive cell density in the tumor control group was significantly higher than that in the Bifidobacterium injection group (P<0.01). Conclusion Bifidobacterium can induce apoptosis of transplanted tumor cells in colorectal cancer nude mice and reduce its proliferation activity.
