高锰钢在较大冲击或接触应力作用下,表面会迅速产生加工硬化形成高硬度、高耐磨的表面层,而内层仍然保持良好的冲击韧性。即使零件磨损到很薄,仍能承受较大的冲击载荷而不致断裂。因此,高锰钢常用来制造推土机铲板刀片、挖掘机铲斗、斗齿、道叉、履带板、碎石机鄂板以及其它耐磨件等。但是,高锰钢焊接时容易产生裂纹,影响其使用和推广。笔者根据实践经验,对高锰钢焊接产生裂纹的诸因素进行了分析,并提出应采取的措施,以供参考。 1.高锰钢母材成分的影响
