针对湘潭钢铁公司高炉煤气热值低、流量大的特点 ,对热电厂 75t/h煤粉锅炉本体及系统进行了 3个方面的改造 :(1)采用开缝钝体燃烧器四角切向布置大切圆燃烧方式 ;(2 )增加凝渣管及省煤器的受热面积 ,以充分利用烟气中的热量 ,有效降低排烟温度 ,保证过热器不超温 ;(3)对尾部烟道进行降阻改造 ,以保证引风机出力。改造后的试验结果表明 ,全烧煤气时锅炉出力可达 78t/h ,锅炉热效率大于 80 % ,排烟温度低于 180℃ ,过热汽温未出现超温现象 ,风机出力满足要求 ;煤、气混烧时出力可达 88t/h
According to the characteristics of low calorific value and large flow rate of blast furnace gas in Xiangtan Iron and Steel Company, three aspects of the 75t / h pulverized coal fired boiler body and system of the thermal power plant were retrofitted: (1) The tangential burners (2) Increase the heating area of the condensate tube and the economizer to make full use of the heat in the flue gas to effectively reduce the flue gas temperature and ensure that the superheater does not over-temperature; (3) Transformation, to ensure the induced draft fan output.
