以某家具企业板式衣柜非标准件包装作业为研究对象,运用能量限制公式计算某个时间段内的能耗限值,通过能耗仿真分析对包装过程的4个作业单元进行能量消耗分析,再将仿真结果与能耗上限值进行对比分析,得出辅助作业工具的高度是造成能耗高的主要原因。通过对辅助上料装置的优化设计,并利用仿真分析可知,改善后的包装作业能量消耗得到一定程度的降低,并分析出造成疲劳的因素,通过辅助作业装置优化设计,达到降低作业疲劳的目的,为制造企业作业设计优化提供一定的参考。
Taking a non-standard packaging operation of panel furniture in a furniture enterprise as the research object, the energy limit formula is used to calculate the energy consumption limit in a certain period of time. The energy consumption analysis is carried out on the four operation units in the packaging process through energy consumption simulation analysis. By comparing the simulation results with the upper limit of energy consumption, it is concluded that the height of auxiliary work tools is the main reason for high energy consumption. Through the optimization design of the auxiliary loading device and the simulation analysis, it can be seen that the energy consumption of the improved packaging operation is reduced to a certain degree and the factors causing fatigue are analyzed. The objective of reducing work fatigue is achieved through the optimization design of the auxiliary working device , To provide some reference for manufacturing enterprise job design and optimization.
