目的通过对98例宫颈癌患者化疗期间睡眠的状况进行研究,旨在为改善其睡眠质量提供进一步的参考依据。方法采用问卷调查及发放睡眠状况测量表。结果 51%的患者存在睡眠紊乱,39%的患者存在睡眠剥夺,10%的患者存在可疑睡眠障碍。分析发现睡眠质量与焦虑、恐惧等心理因素和躯体疼痛不适、年龄、文化程度、家庭支持、医疗保险、化疗不良反应、夜间查房治疗、耽误工作等生活习惯改变和部分环境因素密切相关,患者的睡眠得分有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌患者在化疗期间睡眠状况较差,应针对相关因素,通过实施一系列治疗护理措施,使睡眠质量得到明显改善。
Objective To study the status of sleep during chemotherapy in 98 patients with cervical cancer, and to provide further reference for improving their sleep quality. Methods A questionnaire survey and questionnaires for sleep status were issued. Results Sleep disorders occurred in 51% of patients, sleep deprivation in 39% of patients and suspicious sleep disorders in 10% of patients. Analysis found that sleep quality and anxiety, fear and other psychological factors and physical pain discomfort, age, education level, family support, medical insurance, adverse reactions to chemotherapy, night rounds of treatment, such as delays in work habits and some environmental factors are closely related to changes in patients The sleep scores were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Cervical cancer patients with poor sleep during chemotherapy, should be related to the relevant factors, through the implementation of a series of treatment and care measures, so that sleep quality has been significantly improved.
