网络交易的购物方式受到了越来越多消费者的青睐,但消费者对网络交易中产品质量的投诉也在逐年上升,这给网络交易模式带来了极大挑战。课题组通过发放问卷的形式对消费者在网络交易中碰到的产品质量问题以及在网络交易中的维权状况做了调研。本文以调研报告为基础,分析网购中出现产品质量问题以及消费者维权难等问题的原因,并提出相应的解决对策。
Internet shopping has been more and more popular with consumers. However, consumer complaints about product quality in online transactions are also increasing year by year, which poses great challenges to the online trading model. The research team investigated the quality problems of consumers encountered in online transactions and the status of rights protection in online transactions by issuing questionnaires. Based on the research report, this article analyzes the causes of product quality problems in online shopping as well as consumer rights protection and other issues, and put forward corresponding solutions.
