预防漲轨事故(图1)对铁路行业来说是很重要的。以轨道材料、钢轨钢为例,由于温度的升高引起材料体积增加,产生热涨。热涨会影响铁路轨道结构的稳定性,沿着钢轨方向产生纵向力。如果这个力过大,钢轨扣件和道砟的横向约束减弱,发生漲轨。环境温度高发生漲轨风险的可能性就大。因此,当出现高温天气时,铁路部门通常在局部或特定区域实施限速。
Prevention of rising accidents (Figure 1) is important for the railway industry. To rail material, rail steel, for example, due to the increase of temperature caused by material volume increases, resulting in heat up. Heat will affect the stability of railway track structure, along the rail longitudinal force. If this force is too large, the horizontal restraint of the rail fastener and the roadway weakens, and the rail jump occurs. The possibility of rising risk of environmental temperature is high. As a result, the railroads usually enforce speed limits in local or specific areas when hot weather occurs.
