党的基层建设是党的全部工作的基础。实现党的基层建设的先进性是一项十分细致复杂的实践活动,如果没有一定的与之相适应的形式加以推进,便很难将基层建设先进性的具体要求变成每个党员的实际行动。大庆石化公司园林绿化公司党委基层建设先进性的实践证明,只有创新活动载体,突出示范作用,才能全面提升基层党建工作水平,把先进性建设工作落到实处。
