一、前言地处山东半岛南部的石臼所港,是一个可供十万吨级散货船停靠的深水港。它主要供原煤出口之用,第一期工程有两个泊位,一为十万吨级,一为二万五千吨级,年吞吐量为一千五百万吨。该港面临黄海,其深水泊位将直接经受该海区波浪的侵袭,据推算SE向五十年一遇H_(1%)=7.1米,周期14.2秒。由于没有天然屏障及工程量大、工期短、耗资巨,因此探求一经济合理又能满足防浪掩护,使船舶安全靠离作业的码头布置形式,乃成为设计者的当务之急。
First, the preface Located in the southern part of Shandong Peninsula mortar Hong Kong, is a deep-water port for 100,000 tons bulk carrier docked. It is mainly used for the export of raw coal. The first phase of the project has two berths, one for one hundred thousand tons, one for twenty-five thousand tons and the annual throughput of fifteen million tons. The port is facing the Yellow Sea and its deep-water berths will directly withstand the waves of the sea area. It is estimated that SE encounters H_ (1%) = 7.1m in 50 years with a period of 14.2 seconds. As there is no natural barrier and the engineering quantity is large, the construction period is short and the cost is huge. Therefore, it is imperative for designers to explore a wharf layout that is economically reasonable and capable of satisfying the requirements of wave protection and keeping the safety of the ship away from homework.
