《城市快速轨道交通工程项目建设标准》(试行本)日前已经建设部、国家计委批准发布,于1999年5月1日起施行。该建设标准的编制,是贯彻落实《国务院办公厅转发国家计委关于城市轨道交通设备国产化实施意见的通知》的基础工作。该建设标准的实施,对加强我国城市轨道交通工程建设的科学化管理和宏观调控,加快城市轨道交通国产化进程将起到重要作用。 “Urban Rapid Rail Transit Project Construction Standards” (Trial Version) has recently been the Ministry of Construction, the State Planning Commission approved the release, in May 1, 1999 come into effect. The compilation of this construction standard is the basic work of implementing the “Circular of the State Council General Office on Forwarding the State Planning Commission’s Opinions on the Implementation of Urban Rail Transit Equipment Localization”. The implementation of this construction standard will play an important role in strengthening the scientific management and macro-control of China’s urban rail transit construction and speeding up the localization of urban rail transit.
