减震器叶片气体碳氮共渗后在磨削加工中常常因磨削裂纹引起大量报废。这大大地影响了碳氮共渗新工艺的推广。本研究采用渗碳和碳氮共渗对比试验,测定了磨削前、初磨及精磨后的残余应力及残余奥氏体,并对裂纹形貌用磁粉探伤、金相显微镜及扫描电子显微镜进行了观察,同时对渗层中碳、氮浓度及合金元素沿渗层分布进行了测定。在此基础上对开裂的原因作了一些讨论,并提出了防止磨削裂纹的措施。

On this basis, the causes of cracking are discussed, and measures to prevent grinding cracks are proposed.
