随着我国经济水平的飞速提高,我国企业在固定资产的数量及价值方面均出现了繁荣发展的景象。企业的固定资产管理是企业良性发展的关键环节,如果管理不善,企业的经营管理将影响着企业全面业务的运营,牵制企业发展的步伐。文章基于某企业信息化战略的需要,在企业固定资产管理和相关系统的基础上,提出了一套比较完善的固定资产管理系统解决方案。在对该企业固定资产管理业务流程作了细致分析的基础上,确定了企业管理系统的功能性需求,选取了其中的采购申请及设备管理等主要功能模块进行需求分析,并论述了系统总体功能结构。 With the rapid economic growth in our country, the prosperity and development of our enterprises in both quantity and value of fixed assets have emerged. Enterprise’s fixed assets management is the key link of the healthy development of the enterprise. If the management is not good, the operation and management of the enterprise will affect the operation of the enterprise’s comprehensive business and the development of the enterprise. Based on the needs of an enterprise’s informationization strategy, this paper puts forward a set of perfect solution to the fixed assets management system based on the enterprise’s fixed assets management and related systems. Based on the careful analysis of the business process of fixed assets management, the paper determined the functional requirements of the enterprise management system, selected the main function modules of the application and equipment management, and analyzed the overall functions of the system structure.
