鄂钢炼钢厂在实施低成本制造技术过程中,对Q235连铸板坯的生产工艺流程及钢种成分进行优化,生产300mm×2 000mm、300mm×2 200mm断面的板坯时,出现较多的表面纵裂,纵裂发生率一度达到15%以上。通过控制钢水w(Mn)/w(s)、钢水w(O),根据钢水成分调整保护渣性能等措施,在新工艺条件下,纵裂发生率有效控制在1.0%以下。
