目前高职数控专业的普车与数控车的教学,普遍实施的是独立教学。但普车教学是数控车教学的基础,数控车是普车理论知识及操作技能的继承和发展。故在专业教学体系中,二者相互关联,理应是一种一体化的教学。文中探讨了如何在《数控车床编程与操作》课程中,构建普车与数车一体化教学的新模式。新的教学模式能将二者的教学内容有效地衔接贯通,并发挥出各自的特点,提高教学效率,降低办学成本。
The current high vocational CNC general car and CNC car teaching, the universal implementation of independent teaching. But the general car teaching is the basis of numerical control car teaching, CNC car is the general knowledge and operational skills of Pu inheritance and development. Therefore, in the professional teaching system, the two are interrelated and should be an integrated teaching. This article discusses how to build a new model of integrated teaching of general car and several cars in the course of “CNC lathe programming and operation”. The new teaching mode can effectively connect the two teaching contents and exert their own characteristics, improve the teaching efficiency and reduce the running costs.
