我们所拟订的计划是参照了“苏联幼儿园教养员工作指南”关于教育任务各年令班儿童的教学纲要、方法和特征等方面的意见。同时,我们还注意到本班的以下几方面的问题。一、本班儿童的年龄特点和发展水平。我们班上的儿童年龄是3岁10个月到4岁8个月,儿童大都经过小小班一年的教育,他们对幼儿园生活已习惯了,动作发展和智力发展都有了基础。因此,我们选择的大纲教材就比较深一些,对儿童的要求也适当提高了,这样可以避免儿童由于要求太低而不感兴趣的现象。二、上学期的工作效果。教育工作需要严格的系统性,上学期完成得不好的大纲材料要在本学期续继去完成并加以巩固,例如小小班文明卫生习惯等。三、当地、当时自然环境和社会环境的特点。本学期正值秋、冬季可以给儿童认识秋冬季的特征和这两个季节的水果、蔬菜………。社会环境中有“国庆”“元旦”的节日,就订出怎样带儿童参加节日活动。
The plan we have formulated refers to the Opinion on the Syllabus, Methods and Characteristics of the Children in the Year-to-day Class for Educational Tasks in the Guide to the Work of Teachers in the Soviet Union's Kindergarten.
