扇形齿板是我厂批量生产的零件,过去加工扇形齿板的齿形,是靠摇动刻度盘分度定位。因而,分、秒刻度不易摇准确,加工完一个扇形齿板齿形后,积累误差较大;连续操作容易出现误摇,造成齿距不均的现象。为此,我们设计制造了有齿模分度定位机构的铣齿形夹具。夹具结构如图所示:由压板2、螺钉3、垫铁4、靠模齿板5、定位齿模6、定位尺模座8、圆盘10等组成。在圆盘10上配制一个与工件模数、齿数相同的

After machining a fan-shaped toothed tooth profile, the accumulated error is large; and the continuous operation is prone to erratic shaking, resulting in uneven tooth pitch.
