采用连续功率超声对原位Mg2Si/AM60复合材料熔体进行处理,研究了超声处理对复合材料中的第二相形貌以及力学性能的影响。结果表明,经过600W超声处理60s,原位自生Mg2Si颗粒增强AM60复合材料中的半连续网状Mg17Al12转变成颗粒状,粗大的汉字状Mg2Si破碎成细小的颗粒状,较均匀地弥散分布,晶粒尺寸减少到80μm,其抗拉强度和伸长率较无超声的178.24MPa、3.56%分别提高了10.4%、48.3%,达到196.75MPa、5.28%。
The in-situ Mg2Si / AM60 composite melt was treated with continuous power ultrasound to study the influence of ultrasonic treatment on the morphology and mechanical properties of the second phase in the composites. The results show that after 60 s ultrasonic treatment, the semicontinuous network Mg17Al12 in the in-situ Mg2Si reinforced AM60 composites is transformed into the granular form. The coarse Chinese character Mg2Si is broken into fine granular and dispersed uniformly, and the grains When the size is reduced to 80μm, the tensile strength and elongation of the specimens are increased by 10.4% and 48.3% respectively compared with 178.24MPa and 3.56% without ultrasound, reaching 196.75MPa and 5.28% respectively.
