振动给煤机是我厂定型产品之一,有92型、95型、910型、920型等几种。每种型号的机器都有十几片板簧,板簧是振动给煤机的一个重要部件,工艺规定经过淬火加中温回火来提高疲劳强度。热处理后的板簧质量的好坏直接影响到机器的使用寿命。我厂生产的板簧使用的是60Si_2Mn钢。其外型尺寸如图一。
