近年来,水电工程建设规模越来越大、招投标资质要求越来越高,而国有施工企业一线人员越来越少,工程建设中分包现象越来越普遍。由于分包队伍实力参差不齐,加上主承包商对分包队伍管理认识上有差距,措施不到位,结果经常出现影响工程进度、质量和安全的问题。为此,结合实际工作中了解到的情况,对做好分包队伍管理工作的重要性及方法,提出了一些建议。
In recent years, the scale of construction of hydropower projects is getting larger and larger, and the qualification requirements for bidding and tendering are getting higher and higher, while the number of state-owned construction enterprises is less and less on the frontline. Subcontracting in construction is becoming more and more common. Due to the uneven strength of the sub-contracting team, coupled with the main contractor subcontracting team management awareness of the gap, the measures are not in place, the results often affect the progress of the project, quality and safety issues. To this end, combined with the actual work to understand the situation, do a good job subcontracting team management of the importance and methods, put forward some suggestions.
