本文沦述了MTBF保证试验的内涵和作用,提出该试验是一种模拟工作条件下的无故障试验,适应于批量产品的可靠性验收,也适应于小子样的科研试制产品的可靠性验收。在满足经过环境应力筛选(ESS)及确知产品的可靠性的最小值的条件下,该试验对使用方不具有很大风险而使承制方高概率通过试验。现场数据统计表明,通过MTBF保证试验的产品,现场可靠性评定证明了MTBF保证试验所验证的可靠性。因此,MTBF保证试验是极具经济效益并且现实可行的可靠性验证方法。 This paper describes the connotation and function of the MTBF assurance test. It is proposed that the test is a fault-free test under simulated working conditions, adaptable to the reliability acceptance of batch products, and also suitable for the acceptance acceptance of small-sample scientific trial products. The test passes the test with a high probability of the producer, provided that it meets the minimum value of environmental stress screening (ESS) and confirms the reliability of the product.
