为防止褐煤自燃,提升其存储和运输过程中的安全性,首次采用聚丙烯酸酯(PA)作为褐煤阻化剂,借助热分析(TA)技术研究其阻化作用。热重(TG)分析结果显示,PA具有良好的热稳定性,其在180℃以下未发生热分解;当温度高于600℃时,PA可以完全分解,在燃烧过程中不产生新的灰分;PA添加到褐煤中,对褐煤的起燃点温度、燃烧终了温度和最大质量损失温度均无明显影响,不影响褐煤原有的燃烧特性。阻化作用分析表明,添加PA能显著减小褐煤的CO释放量,有效抑制褐煤氧化。
In order to prevent the spontaneous combustion of lignite and enhance its safety during storage and transportation, polyacrylate (PA) was first used as a lignite inhibitor and its resistance was studied by thermal analysis (TA). Thermogravimetry (TG) analysis showed that PA had good thermal stability and no thermal decomposition occurred below 180 ℃. When the temperature was higher than 600 ℃, PA could be completely decomposed and no new ash was produced during combustion. The addition of PA to lignite had no significant effect on the ignition temperature, the end-of-combustion temperature and the maximum mass loss temperature of lignite, and did not affect the original combustion characteristics of lignite. The analysis of the resistance inhibition shows that the addition of PA can significantly reduce the CO release of lignite and effectively inhibit the oxidation of lignite.
