英国甘布尔教授提出一个理解西方古典政治经济学的思路,即古典理论实际上大都隐含着三种自成体系但又相互联系的话语,包括政策话语或实践话语、理想话语、科学话语。本文尝试对西方新政治经济学,大体包括比较政治经济学、国际政治经济学、新古典政治经济学,根据此三种不同的话语进行解析,并讨论比较政治经济学在我国发展的现实意义。首先,笔者简单地评介甘布尔关于古典政治经济学具有三种话语的观点,引入意识形态的概念;其次,在第二部分尝试把新政治经济学解构成三种话语并分析它们的意识形态性;最后,从三个角度分析比较政治经济学在中国发展的现实意义。 Professor Gamble of England proposed a way of understanding Western classical political economy. That is to say, classical theory actually implies three kinds of self-contained but interrelated discourse, including policy discourse or practical discourse, ideal discourse and scientific discourse. This paper attempts to analyze the new political economy in the West, including comparative political economy, international political economy and neoclassical political economy, according to these three different discourses and discuss the practical significance of comparing the development of political economy in our country.
