文章简介原位肿瘤通过驯化靶器官中的转移前微环境形成,促进肿瘤的远端转移。然而,微环境中宿主的基质细胞在转移前微环境形成和肿瘤转移器官选择性中的作用仍未完全阐明。本研究首次阐明了肺上皮细胞及其TLR3在肺转移前微环境形成及肿瘤肺转移中的功能。研究发现,肺上皮细胞能够通过TLR3识别肿瘤来源外泌体中的RNA成分,启动中性粒细胞在肺部的募集和肺转移前微环境的形成。TLR3缺陷小鼠肿瘤肺转移明显减少。
Article Outline Orthotopic oncosis is formed by the pre-metastasis microenvironment in the target organ, which promotes distant metastasis of the tumor. However, the role of host stromal cells in the microenvironment in the pre-metastasis microenvironment formation and tumor metastasis organ selectivity has not been fully elucidated. This study for the first time elucidated the function of lung epithelial cells and their TLR3 in the formation of microenvironment before lung metastasis and tumor lung metastasis. The study found that lung epithelial cells can recognize RNA components in tumor-derived exosomes through TLR3, triggering the recruitment of neutrophils in the lungs and the formation of a pre-lung metastasis microenvironment. Tumor lung metastases in TLR3-deficient mice were significantly reduced.
