系统研究了45及45VS钢室温冷形变后的回复与再结晶过程。结果表明,冷形变后回火时在350℃附近出现强(硬)度峰,用电镜、X射线衍射、内耗分析等方法探讨了峰的形成机理.用透射电镜对45钢一次再结晶的形核进行了观察。结果表明,一次再结品的核的形成可能是高能区形核,也可能是多边化亚晶聚合形核。同时研究了低温预多边化处理对随后再结晶的影响,认为预多边化处理能加速一次再结晶的形核,但不显著。
The recovery and recrystallization of 45 and 45VS steel after cold deformation were studied systematically. The results show that the formation of strong (hard) peaks near 350 ℃ after cold deformation and tempering, and the formation mechanism of the peaks are discussed by electron microscope, X-ray diffraction and internal friction analysis. The nuclear was observed. The results show that the formation of nuclei in a recrystallization product may be nucleation in the high-energy region and may also be polygonal sub-crystalline nucleation. At the same time, the effect of pre-polycrystallization at low temperature on the subsequent recrystallization was studied. It is considered that pre-polygonization accelerated the nucleation of primary recrystallization but not significant.
