目的:探讨彩色多普勒(CDFI)对急性下肢深静脉血栓形成的诊断价值,协助临床诊断治疗。方法:二维观察11例下肢深静脉血管壁、内膜、管腔内回声,并测量受累部位的血栓范围;CDFI:观察血管内血流充盈情况及有无狭窄,同时利用Valsalva试验判断邻近静脉瓣功能,治疗后观察二维及CDFI的变化。结果:双下肢深静脉各段均可形成血栓,左下肢明显高于右下肢,病变静脉内见不规则的实质性中低回声团块,完全阻塞时无血流信号,部分阻塞时呈充盈缺损,流速减低。结论:彩色多普勒超声诊断急性下肢深静脉血栓可为临床提供有力的诊断依据,并可指导临床治疗,是下肢深静脉血栓首选的检查方法。
Objective: To explore the value of color Doppler (CDFI) in the diagnosis of acute lower extremity deep venous thrombosis and assist in the clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods: Eleven cases of deep venous blood vessels, intima and luminal echo of lower extremities were observed in two dimensions. The extent of thrombus in the affected area was measured. CDFI was used to observe the filling of blood vessels and whether there was stenosis. Valsalva test was used to determine the adjacent veins Flap function, two-dimensional and CDFI changes were observed after treatment. Results: Thrombosis was found in all segments of deep veins of both lower extremities. The left lower extremity was significantly higher than that of the right lower extremity. In the lesion veins, irregular middle and low echogenic masses were seen irregularly. No blood flow was observed when the obstruction was completely obstructed, , Reduce the flow rate. Conclusion: Color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis of acute deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities can provide a powerful basis for clinical diagnosis, and can guide clinical treatment, is the preferred method of examination of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities.
