目的：观察太极通天液对偏头痛患者的防治效果。方法：采用双盲对照法观察１８０ 例偏头痛患者口服太极通天液和丹参口服液前后头痛的发作频度、持续时间及头痛指数的变化，观察期为３ 个月。结果：太极通天液组头痛指数在第１ 个月即显著下降（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０１） ，头痛频度和持续时间也较丹参口服液组明显改善，均在３ 个月时达到满意的效果。结论：太极通天液为防治偏头痛的良好药物。
Objective: To observe the effect of Taiji Tongtong Liquid on migraine patients. Methods: The double-blind control method was used to observe the frequency, duration and headache index of headache in 180 migraine patients before and after oral administration of taijiatongtian liquid and salvia miltiorrhiza oral liquid. The observation period was 3 months. Results: The headache index of Taiji Tongtiantengyue group decreased significantly at the first month (P <0.01), and the frequency and duration of headache were also significantly improved compared with that of the Salvia miltiorrhiza oral solution group, both of which achieved satisfactory results at 3 months. Conclusion: Tai Chi Tongtian solution for the prevention and treatment of migraine good drug.
