环氧化酶(COX)是花生四烯酸合成各种前列腺素的限速酶,目前已发现的有3种同工酶:COX-1、COX-2、COX-3。其中COX-2在正常机体中的表达极低或者不表达,且受多种刺激因素的影响,并参与若干病理生理过程。COX-2与缺氧联系的探讨始于20世纪末,但至今对于二者之间关系的机制研究还并不十分明确,本文就此予以综述。
Cyclooxygenase (COX) is a rate-limiting enzyme for the synthesis of various prostaglandins from arachidonic acid. There are three isoenzymes found so far: COX-1, COX-2 and COX-3. Among them, the expression of COX-2 in normal body is very low or not expressed, and is affected by many stimuli, and participates in several pathophysiological processes. The discussion about the relationship between COX-2 and hypoxia began at the end of the 20th century. However, the mechanism research on the relationship between COX-2 and COX-2 has not been completely elucidated yet. This article reviews this issue.
