在我厂生产的JU-1000米钻岩机立轴,孔径为63毫米,深为1240毫米。原来加工深孔,是用普通麻花钻接长后,在车床上进行钻削,不仅效率很低,而且质量较差。为了解决这一技术关键,曾采用过拉镗方法,由于遇到排屑困难,耐磨性较差,所以影响了刀具的使用寿命,浪费量较大。针对这个问题,在我市金切队的配合下,贯彻了三结合的方针,又试制了机夹硬质合金扩孔深孔钻(见附图),在C630普通车床上加工深孔,使用效果很好,提高了工效,提高了产品质量,节约了刀体材料。
